Are you ready for something big?? | Astro Event

Bit annoyed as this is my second time typing this. Something wrong happened and everything I typed disappeared. And I finished the post already. But when I submitted, everything went poofed!!! So im annoyed and sometimes I give up that title. But this time ill try posting them again.

So are you ready for something big??

On monday afternoon, we were invited to Astro Big Event at Hilton. I tell you one thing. I love Hilton. LOL

When we registered, we were required to pick one sticker out of four choices. And I picked the hashtag one cz im just obsessed with hashtags. LOL #hashtag

When I walked in I saw this. O_O. I do not really idolize chinese or hk actor or artist. Thanks to fats who always watch tvb and got me hooked up. Theres just something about this kid. LOL. Carol says he looks like fats. LOL!!! Maybe thats why.

Event was suppose to start at 3. But I arrived at 3.30pm and it still hasnt started. At about 3.45 near to 4, the doors opened and we went in. Sat next to the red carpet aisle. Then. …..

These three guys walked in. I was like omg wtf omg wtf omg wtf. LOL took my phone out. Texted fats with excitement and sent him this photo. LOL
Fats was suppose to be there too. But his senior wasnt nice enough to bring him. Hmph. Those u out there, be nice to your juniors lah!

Yes we camwhored and took selfie and wefie while waiting. And because they had the instagram contest again. So im not gonna miss it this time. The last astro event I missed it because I was down on battery with an empty powerbank and sighh..

Then show started.

That girl, shes great. Apparently she is the no 1 host in malaysia. Or at least no 1 in astro. Hahaha. She spoke canto, mandarin and english loke a machine gun but u could hear every bullet clearly #jelly

After the show. We had buffet. Oh! Hilton buffet is good. Thumbs up!

To my new readers, you wouldn’t know this. But I am a shoe-lover. BUT, i don’t just buy shoes for the sake of buying them. They are a few things I check off my list before actually paying for them.

I love how all their designs have each different names for it. For example they have three different loafer designs and they gave different names such as J Anna, J Colby, J Maggie and etc. Interesting isn’t it?

Why would I pick the J Colby design as my choice? Because loafers are in now. They have been for a really long time, then they became “so-yesterday” and now it’s back in again. Well, what goes around comes around ain’t it? I would have usually go for heels and wedges and all that, but then it’s not just the design and the colour I look for but the quality and the durability of it as well. And, now I would actually think twice and carefully wonder if I would actually wear it.

I once went to Morocco, bought a pair of killer pair spiked studded royal purple pair of lace heels, I only wore it once. LOL. This is what i meant as practicality. Only buy if you will use it.

With this pair of J Colby, I can wear them to work, to events, from casual to formal it works well. What i love about it is that, it is leather. I learn my lesson to not buy PV or Plastic, they give your feet blisters and take like a million years to “break-in”. (Plastics don’t break in) I would prefer the white one, cause I just feel they are classy.

A Minor Car Tragic Break In

As some of you may know already. On Tuesday, my car was broken into.

It was a very horrifying experience for me even though it may be just a minor incident for anyone else.

At 9pm after my dinenr at Taman Megah, I went to a local sundary shop to buy some groceries. It was located next to Fatty Crab, one of the famous where-to-eat place in Kuala Lumpur and there were loads of people around outside waiting for seats. I parked my car (driver side facing towards the mainroad) at the main road, and went down to grab some stuff. I left my car for only about 10 minutes.

As I walked towards my car, I did not notice anything unusual or anyone near enough. I unlock my car remotely and got into my car. As usual I would place my handbag in the middle compartment. Right as I looked up, I saw this

I was stunned and shocked for about 5-10 seconds not knowing how to react and i instantly looked around to see if there was anyone nearby or hiding in the backseat of my car as well.

I locked my car, started my engine and started moving because I felt it was better than staying and being still. Not knowing whether or not to make a police report or whatso. I made phone calls and kept moving around. Little did I know, my uncle whom I stay with was at the same row of shops as well!!!

Nothing was stolen as they did not manage to take anything. And no I did not have any valuables in the car.

They did not manage to break in successfully. As I have installed the security anti-smash film. It took them longer and requires much harder work. They were pros and smart and knew what and how to do it.

P/S my car alarm did not go off as they did not hit the car alarm wiring system.

I remember driving back home that night and to the workshop the next day to hear crackling noises of the window glass and until today, I still fear those noises. And everytime when I close my doors, I feel it being fragile.

I fixed my car the next day. But there was nothing much I can do about it. I wouldn’t and cant imagine how would it have been, if I was in the car or stuck in traffic. The fear is something no man or woman can handle at such sudden attack. But all I can say is. Keep calm. Take a deep breathe. And think instead of panic! Talk to yourself and maybe it helps to clear your mind. But do not be a mess and panic in situations. Stay safe.

Money or Passion?

Passion or money?

Money, power and fame is something that many of us chase after. We turn into someone who we are not really. Without realizing it, the monster or devil inside overtakes you.

Im not trying to speak deep or be all philosophy and all that. But its something that has been bugging me. I’ve been asked this question many times. Passion or money?

I would always say passion. Then I get a respond “yea! Cause you never know how it feels to be poor to realize how important money is.”

First things first, I did not and never say money is not important. But I was given a choice to pick between two. And yes I have had moments where I am down to RM1 in my wallet for the whole week or two. You can say I dont know how it feels to be poor all you want. But this is me, you don’t know what I have been through.

I’ve been through a phase where I felt money was so important to me. With money, you get fame and status, with fame and status, you get power. So it all starts with money. But….

how much is enough?

When you have rm1, you would want rm100, and when you have that. You would go for rm1000 and to million and billions.

You hear so many stories on how fathers work double jobs or so hard and late for money, and end up not spending time with their families.

So I came up to this conclusion myself. People like that dont know how to love. There is no balance and in their mind, its all about money, fame and power. And they see nothing else. Why chase for a mansion with three floors and swimming pool and maybe even a lift in your house with maybe a ferrari and two or three merce and bmw and constantly changing cars every two three years. Or appear on articles and be known wherever you go? Im not talking bout people who were born with a silver spoon. But young people, generation-y people are all having that same dream. They want to achieve their goals and dreams before getting married or thinking of others.

What about building a future together?? Rather than building a future alone? Many people who chase money over passion often hurt people around then without realizing it.

So reflect on yourself, think what you really need and not what you want more. Be who you are and dont change to “fit-in”. Because those who mind dont matter, and those who matter dont mind. You always hear stories and quotes on how true friendship or true love can be tested and known when you are in trouble.

Now into the main topic, What does Fairy Whitez and Fairy Blossom do?
As you can see in the list above (taken from the website) it claims that Fairy Whitez can lighten your skin tone, reduce pigmentation, prevent acne & pimples and give your skin much more moisture.
Whereas for Fairy Blossom, it gives your body a firm, brash enlargement, relieve menopause and menstrual cramps. (so girls, how important is this for you?)

I can’t say which is much popular because both is equally good and effective but from a little research I did among my friends, many who are below 25 would go for Fairy Whitez and only those who are much more concerned with their weight, breast and monthly cramps would go for Fairy Blossom. For me? I feel that both is a perfect combination. You can switch alternatively between days.

What are the ingredients in each of Fairy Whitez/Blossom?

As you can see both holds different active ingredients, and each of them gives you different benefits and different outcome. So if you are looking for better skin, radiance, flawless skin, bye bye to pigmentation, sensitive skin, acne, and blackheads. Then Fairy Whitez would be for you. If you are looking for skin rejuvenating, vitally, anti-aging, mood swing, and improving your overall internally, then it would be Fairy Blossom for you. But if you want all the benefits, get both.

What caught my attention wasn’t the whitening or the bust firming, well you get that a lot in other products that ‘claims’ to do it. but first, HOW many of them actually work and taste good? Secondly, how many of them gives you other benefits asides those? I was firstly attracted to the Salmon Placenta. Flip a magazine or newspaper and you will see ads on Sheep-placenta or goat-placenta or whatever animal placenta they can provide you. But firstly, what benefit does all those animals provide you? One thing we all know is that, Salmon is very good for us.

You may google “benefits of salmon” and you get loads of articles and how-to website telling you what sort of benefits you get out of it. For salmon placenta, you get to improve your skin flexibility and firmness while reducing wrinkles and increasing skin moisture. That means reducing dry skin to improve skin texture and smoothness. Skin rejuvenation and anti-aging, finer skin texture and balanced toned colour. Improve skin blood circulation and improvement in skin elasticity, thickness, reduction of wrinkles, lightening of facial pigmentation and refining of facial pores. Promote cell regeneration, regenerated cells, tissues, and organs. Vast improvement in immune system. Enhancement in stamina and energy level of body .Boost up sexual drive with endurance and vitality. And all the other benefits that salmon placenta can give you. But one thing for sure, it’s not an overnight miracle but more like a long-term supplement.

My thoughts.
I’ve been on this for two months, and i can say, I have much more energy, skin looks brighter. but i can’t say if it is because of that or because of my skincare as well. I don’t expect an overnight miracle whitening, if not, can you imagine an overdose case? You’d be white and pale as ghost, like you just bleached your face or something. LOL.
Definitely would recommend and give it a try. Every women needs to take care of themselves. Prevention is better than cure.
Taste wise? I prefer it being chilled, because of the salmon placenta, and all that concentrated essence, drinking it at room temperature makes my whole body HOT. and I personally don’t like and don’t enjoy hot or warm drinks. The Fairy Whitez taste like concentrated berries and the Fairy Blossom taste like apply and yam.

We have all heard of BB creams and CC Creams for face. But have you ever heard of CC Cream for your hair?? Well, you might and might not have..

Today I would be reviewing you a CC cream for hair.

Usuall, CC Cream stands for "Cover Complexion" or "Color Correcting"or "Complete Correction"; it all depends on what the brand calls it. For this CC cream for your hair, it is call the 'CAVIAR CREAM'.

Caviar, also known as fish eggs, is one of the best and expensive ingredient for anti-aging. And not often we come across a product that we can afford and get off the shelves without thinking that contains Caviar. But THIS Caviar Cream for your hair? It is definitely worth investing in it.

Those we know me would have known how I bleached my hair and change the colours of my hair. I even have chemical meltdown before, whereby my hair just melts and fall off it's root or breaks by itself, like literally just touching it. Conditioner is useless to me, I use treatment and hair mask as my daily conditioner.

So when I came across this Caviar Cream at Sephora Malaysia. I was a little bit skeptical in the beginning. Not knowing or if it is just the labels, packaging and all that, there wasn't any advertisement and I haven't heard of it before. But there was a tester there and i just tested it out on one side of my hair. .... and i left.

Few hours later, i walked around the mall realising that one side of my hair was tamer than the other, which was the side i applied the cream. I was amazed and couldn't decide whether or not to purchase it. In the end, I did. (LOL.. how else would i be doing a review right??)

So the Caviar Cream CC Cream is by a brand call Alterna Haircare. It comes in a 74ml pump tube. (quite interesting and thumbs up for that) I have always fancy pump tubes, it's a really love and hate kind of situation. But it always gives me that fancy feeling. Maybe just cause it's different.

For a 74ml tube size, it fits in my hands perfectly.

One thing is that, they claim to be

Free Of: Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, Synthetic Color, Paraffin, Gluten, DEA/TEA, Mineral Oil & Petrolatum

It's a plus there cause we all know how Parabens and Sulfates harms your skin and hair. One thing is that, Silicon IS in this product, so for those who are aware of it, maybe you don't like it, or you are allergic to it. Take note.

This product claims to be a miracle leave-in product that delivers 10 benefits in one easy step and in one product; leaving hair perfect polished.

So how do i like it overall?

One thing I can say that, it is amazing. It is not oily and doesn't make my hair greasy and flat at the end of the day even though it still manages to tame my hair. There are many hair products that I have tried where it gives me smoothness but flattens my hair and gives me that greasy scalp look, which i HATE the most. SO I was really amazed with the result. Another plus point is that it doesn't have that sticky residue on my hands after applying them.

Another thing about this product is the scent. It smells different, maybe it's the citrus, there is a hint of lemon, but yet it is not strong. So those who are sensitive to scents, fear not.

I am amazed with this product because it is also heat protecting and UV protecting. I can style my hair or go under the sun with no fear. Many of us are aware of how much damage the sun can do to our skin, but now much are aware of what the sun can do to our hair as well. In the end of the day, my hair is better, bouncier, much more airy and doesn't feel weighed down.

So if you're looking for an anti-again hair cream, why not give this a try? Prevention is always better than cure, we all take good care of our skin, but how many of us bother about our hair?
